This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Mainline Threads via https://www.mainlinethreads.us/.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the nature of our products, including custom sizing and made-to-order manufacturing:
All custom-sized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This includes items altered beyond standard sizing or produced specifically per customer request.
Standard Product Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or altered products
• Used or worn items
• Items damaged due to customer handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
• We will assess and offer a replacement or refund if applicable
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Abuse
Initiating unjustified chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension and legal action.
